Take your jar home, fill it up with your favorite liquor (or apple cider vinegar to make a shrub mocktail), let it sit in a cool spot at least a week, then ready to use! Stockholm Royale
-
1-2 shots Stockholm Royale infusion, strained
-
8.5 oz Champagne or sparkling mineral water
-
Simple syrup, to taste
-
Lemon juice to taste
-
Luxardo maraschino cherries
-
Lime and sugar to line rim of glass
-
Chill martini glass
-
Line rim with lime and sugar
-
Muddle cherries in bottom of chilled martini glass
-
Add 1-2 shots from Stockholm Royale. Add champagne, or sparkling mineral water, simple syrup, lemon juice (adjust to your liking).

A Day at the Beach
Piña Colada
-
1 cup frozen or fresh pineapple
-
2-3 oz A day at the Beach infusion, strained
-
1/2 cup infused pineapple and coconut from infusion
-
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk or coconut cream for more sweetness
-
1/4 cup pineapple juice
-
1 oz lime juice (optional)
-
Ice (to blend)
Blend ​all of the above except coconut cream if you don't want it too sweet. Serve in chilled glass, garnish with cherries and cute drink umbrella.

FIG-ure Me Out Moscow Mule

2 to 2 1/2 oz FIG-ure Me Out infusion, strained
-
1/2 oz lime juice
-
6 oz non-alcoholic ginger beer (adjust to your liking)
Add FIG-ure Me Out infusion and lime juice to a cocktail shaker over ice. Shake well. Strain into Moscow mule mug with ice. Top with ginger beer.​ Garnish with slice of lime and mint.

Cozy Coronado
Easy Coquito

1 (12 oz) can of evaporated milk
-
14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
-
1 1/4 cup cream of coconut (like Coco Lopez)

1/2 cup coconut milk
-
1 to 1 1/2 cup Cozy Coronado infusion with rum (I add some infused coconut from jar)
Strain the infusion to measure how much ​rum you want. Add above ingredients to blender and blend. Pour into airtight glass bottle or jar, seal. Refrigerate. Will last in airtight container in fridge for 30 days (but its so yummy it won't last!) Serve chilled. Rim with cinnamon or coconut, sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.

Coup de Roulis

1 oz gin

1 oz dry vermouth
-
1/2 oz triple sec
-
3/4 oz Lover's Potion infusion
-
dash of orange bitters (optional)
-
orange peeling twist
Add gin, vermouth, triple sec, Lover's Potion, and orange bitters (optional)​ to a cocktail shaker. Fill shaker with 2/3 full of ice and shake about 20 seconds. Strain into a chilled glass. Hold orange twist over glass color side down, and squeeze the zest over the drink so the oils spray into the drink. Here's to love and passion💕

Clover Club

​3/4 oz Stockholm Royale infusion

1 1/2 oz dry gin

1 egg white
-
1 oz simple syrup, or to your liking

3/4 oz lemon juice

ice, and fruit and or mint garnish

Chill glass. Pour in Stockholm Royale infusion, gin, egg white, simple syrup, lemon in shaker. Shake hard for 45 seconds then add ice and shake more for 30 seconds. Strain into chilled glass.

1/2 shot of Cali Crafted Infusions Limoncello infusion

1 shot fresh lemon juice

1 shot hibiscus simply syrup

Pellegrino Essenza (I use Morello cherry/Pomegranate

Put ice and all ingredients into shaker. Shake. Pour into chilled glass, top with a little Pellegrino Essence and enjoy your little Pink Passion.

The Blues Remedy

3/4 shot The Blues Remedy

3/4 shot gin

1-2 shots simple syrup, blueberry simple syrup, or blueberry wine

champagne or mineral water

Chill glass. Add above to shaker and shake. Pour into chilled glass. Optional: Top off with champagne or mineral water. Get creative and enjoy a soothing cocktail.

Rose-Colored Glasses​

Chill glass

2 shots Rose-Colored Glasses infusion

1/2 shot rose water
-
1 shot lemon juice
-
1 shot simple syrup
-
1 egg white, optional

Chill glass. Add all ingredients into shaker. Shake about 45 seconds. Add ice and shake another 30 seconds. Pour into chilled glass and garnish. Voila! Everything is coming up roses!

Pretty in Pink​

1 shot Rose-Colored Glasses

3/4 shot fresh lemon juice

1 shot juice of muddled strawberries

1 egg white, optional

fairy floss (cotton candy)
-
sparkling mineral water or rose champagne​

Chill glass. Add first four ingredients to shaker. Shake 45 seconds. Add ice and shake 30 seconds. Pour into chilled glass. Add fairy floss or cotton candy and garnish of choice. Top off with the bubbly of choice. The fairy floss will sweeten the cocktail as it melts. Alternatively, add a shot of simple syrup to sweeten it. Sip, Sip!
