I love these questions! Most jars can be reinfused up to three times. It depends on which flavor you buy. Experiment and let me know what you think. The jars are 12oz or 1 gallon.

If using 80 proof or higher, it's not necessary to refrigerate while being infused. If using wine for sangria, please refrigerate while being infused.

After a couple of days you can taste the difference. However, I recommend infusing it for over a week. Like I say "Want it stonger? Infuse it longer"
